Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter, PLAY or win. The promotion shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not participate in the promotion if you are not a legal U.S. resident. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
To enter, visit http://www.truefantrivia.com(the "Web Site") during the Promotion Period. There, you will be asked to register for the Promotion by entering your true and correct information on the registration form. Registration is free. Submit the completed registration form as indicated to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will then be presented with the option to answer a series of three (3) trivia questions before proceeding to the Instant Win Game. You will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes after answering each trivia question correctly, for a total of up to four (4) entries per person and per email address per day. You will not receive an entry for any incorrect answers, as determined by Sponsor; however, you will be able to try again if you do not get the answer right. You must answer each question correctly to receive one (1) entry corresponding to that question..
To Play the Instant Win Game:After answering the trivia questions or skipping to the Instant Win Game, you will be instructed to click on three (3) of the four (4) frames of the filmstrip image in the game play area to see if you are an instant winner. If three (3) of the exact same images are revealed, you will win the prize shown (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules).
Returning Entrants: You are only required to complete the online registration form the first time you register for the Promotion. In order to earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry, one (1) Instant Win Game play, and up to three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries each day during the Promotion Period, you may return to the Web Site each day and follow the links to the Log-in Page. When you log in you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, the option to answer a series of three (3) trivia questions to receive an additional three (3) Sweepstakes entries, and one (1) Instant Win game play for that day.
To Receive Up To Ten (10) Additional Entries: Upon completion of the Instant Win Game, you will be provided with a custom URL, which you can use to invite others to enter the Promotion. To use your custom URL, you will be instructed to copy and paste your custom URL or click on the “Share” button to post the URL to one of the listed websites. You will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for each eligible and unique person who registers for the Promotion via your custom URL. In the event the same person clicks the URL and registers for the Promotion more than one (1) time, you will only receive a Sweepstakes entry for the first time that person clicks the URL and registers for the Promotion. Limit one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per unique person. Limit: Ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entries may be earned from referral registrations per person per registered user and per email address per day for the entire length of the Promotion Period.
Instant Win game plays or Sweepstakes entries (including additional entries) received from any person or email address in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. A day is understood to start at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET the same day, except for the first day, which for the purposes of this Promotion begins at 12:00:00 P.M. ET. If you receive a winning Instant Win message, you will be directed to follow the directions to complete and submit the online prize redemption form within the time period specified thereon. You will also be sent an email prize confirmation message to the email address provided during registration stating that you may have potentially won the prize indicated in the message and you will be provided with a link to the prize redemption form, which you must complete according to the directions provided, if you have not already done so. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. All prize redemption forms must be completed and returned by July 16, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. Failure to timely claim a prize will result in prize forfeiture. If you receive a non-winning message on your screen, you are not a winner of an instant win prize. If any potential Instant Win Game winner is ineligible, if prize is returned as undeliverable, or if he/she fails to comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the prize. Any attempt to use multiple email accounts or other tactics to register, enter or play more than the stated limitation may result in your disqualification by the judges or Sponsor from the Promotion and all associated registrations, entries, game plays and/or prize claims will be void. Entries, game plays and registrations generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or with the intent to subvert the registration, entry or game play process will be void.
Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Promotion Entities or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, participant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Comcast Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.comcast.net/privacy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Comcast Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.
Registration, entries, game plays and/or prize claims will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of registration and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry and/or game play.
Quantity / Description / Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes is $54,250. The return of any prize email or prize as undelivered or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in forfeiture of prize. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded. Limit: One (1) of each Instant Win Prize per person and per email address.
Grand Prize (1): True Fan Trivia Prize Pack. Includes one (1) of each of the following:
(1) 54" 3D HDTV + 2 Extra pairs of 3D Glasses (Exact make and model to be determined by the Sponsor);
(1) Sony VAIO® Z Series Notebook Laptop*;
(1) “A year of Movies!”: To be awarded in the form of fifty two (52) Fandango Promo Codes. Each code can be redeemed for up to two (2) movie tickets, for a total of up to (104) movie tickets. The value of each promo code is based on the theater’s current ticket pricing, but not to exceed $28.00 total. Each code has a single transaction limit; no carry over balance will be applied. Follow redemption instructions provided in the winning confirmation email to book movie tickets. Codes expire July 31, 2011;
Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $6,710. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If Sponsor is unable to provide any prize element for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded.
The total ARV of all Promotion prizes (Instant Win and Sweepstakes combined) is $60,960.

After confirming receipt of notification, the potential Grand Prize winner and Instant Winners of prizes valued at $600.00 or above will be required to satisfactorily complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance, a Liability and Publicity Release, and W9 form (in addition to any other requirements imposed herein). All forms must be returned to RealTime Media within ten (10) days of date of issuance. If a potential winner of a prize valued at $600.00 or above fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, if paperwork is returned undeliverable; or if potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and, if a potential Sweepstakes winner, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner as selected by the Promotion Entities from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received, in the Promotion Entities’ sole discretion. Once the official paperwork is timely received, verified and received final approval by Promotion Entities, then and only then will the potential winner become the actual winner. All decisions of the judges shall be binding and final.
General: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Entities and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and city and state of residence for solely advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor or its licensors and winning participants hereby disclaim and waive any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under control of Sponsor or its licensors, and winning recipients hereby waive any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of winning recipient’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. Winners also agree that, upon reasonable notice, they will use good faith efforts to be available to travel for the promotional purposes of Sponsor for a period of one (1) year from the end of this Promotion. In the event any winner is required to travel, Sponsor agrees to pay all costs associated therewith.
This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and any and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for conflict of laws principles.
